If you pay for tickets for an if-needed game, and the game is a go, all is well: you have tickets and go to the game. There are no refunds/exchanges.

If you pay for tickets for an if-needed game, and the game does not happen, you have a choice between:

A) Receiving a store-credit voucher for the full purchase price plus a 10% bonus, good for any 2026 tickets that we sell in the future (season tickets, flex packs, opening day tickets, individual game tickets). The store-credit voucher would expire after the 2026 playoffs. You’d also get access to Opening Day 2026 tickets before they go on sale to the public. The store-credit is only good for ticket products, it is not good for merch nor concessions.

OR

B) You can instead email us and ask for a refund, within 30 days, for the if-needed-game that was not needed, and we can issue a refund for the purchase amount minus the ticketing-platform and payment platform fees, which together are 5.65% and $1.05 — so if the order total was $100, you’d receive a refund of $93.30 ($100 - $5.65 - $1.05 = $93.30)

Once a game "is needed" -- the sale is final, no refunds, no exchanges.

We have a clear bag policy. One large clear bag 14" x 6" x 14" or smaller will be allowed. There are some exceptions for small clutches (4.6" x 6.5" x 2"), medical bags, breast pumps, ADA needs, and diaper bags for guests accompanied by infants/toddlers. All bags are subject to search.

• All customers must go through our security screening.
• The park is cashless. Pay for parking, food, drinks, merch, etc., with Credit or Debit card.

FAQ

How do I buy parking?

Parking is sold just like a ticket to the ballpark: it's a section on the map -- you may have to zoom out or drag the ballpark map so you can see the lower-right part of the image. There you'll see two parking lots with parking-access-tickets for sale.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket(s) to other people via email. You enter their email address and submit a form, and it sends the ticket to that person. You can do it for all the tickets for a game, or just individual tickets one by one.
