Benefits of Flex Packs

• Cost: Lower cost than buying individual tickets. Average savings of 24% off, with some up to 29% off. Pricing subject to change.
• Early Access / Seat Selection: Flex Pack holders will be able to redeem for specific games before individual tickets go on sale to the public.
• Optimal Sections: Redeem your flex pack tickets into sections within your ticket category that are closer to home plate. For example: Section A for Premium Reserved, Sections G/D for Bleacher Reserved, and the GA1 sections of General Admission. -- all while paying less than the further-out sections in each category.
• Game Choice: Flex Packs allow you to redeem your tickets in any configuration you desire. For example, buy a 24-pack and redeem them one at a time, or all at once. Flex Packs are your solution for maximum fan flexibility. Buy a 24-pack and use it in any configuration you want: 1 ticket to 24 games, or 2 tickets to 12 games, or 3 tickets to 8 games, or any combo that adds up to 24 tickets.

These are for regular season 2025 Oakland Ballers home games only. These flex-packs will not work for playoff tickets.

These flex pack tickets do not roll over. Use them or lose them -- they are only good for regular season 2025 Oakland Ballers home games.

Note: Some areas of the ballpark (some parts of each section) will not be available for redemption for some games, or may be priced at a premium additional cost. But every section (PR A, PR B, PR C, BR D, etc, etc) will have seats available for redemption unless sold out. While supplies last.

FAQ

How do I buy a flex pack?

After clicking on Buy Tickets on this page, you'll need to increment the Flex Ticket quantity you want to buy, so that it constitutes 24, 48, 100, etc., flex tickets. So for example, to buy one 24 pack, increment the quantity on the 24-pack Flex Ticket quantity until it reaches 24 Flex Tickets.

Does Premium Reserved have a 48 Pack or 100 Pack?

No, only Bleacher Reserved and General Admission have 48 and 100 packs. Premium Reserved only has the pack size(s) listed on the Buy Tickets page.

How Much am I Saving?

Pricing is subject to change, but as of November 21st, 2024, for 24, 48 and 100 packs, we are aiming for savings of roughly between 14% to 29% depending on the section and pack-size. GA is discounted more than Bleacher Reserved, which is in turn discounted more than Premium Reserve. You will not see discounts in the cart -- the packs already reflect the reduced pricing.

When will I be able to redeem my flex plan tickets for specific games?

We anticipate that it will be available before Feb 1, 2025, but we will keep you posted.

When will the schedule of games be available?

The schedule of games will be available soon -- definitely before December 7th. We do know that the season begins May 20th and ends September 7th.

Can I roll over unused flex plan tickets to the playoffs or the following season?

No. These flex plan tickets are only good for regular season Oakland Baller home games for the 2025 season. They do not roll over and cannot be used for the playoffs.

How do I redeem for individual games?

We'll be sending out detailed instructions in the coming weeks. You will not be able to redeem immediately.

Is the pricing guaranteed?

Prices are subject to change -- prices as you see them while shopping are the current prices.

Does the Digital Dozen come with any physical products?

No, the Digital Dozen is a purely digital offering -- you get 12 Flex Tickets and a downloadable, printable PDF holiday card. It is different than the Holiday Flex Pack -- they are two separate, different offerings.

I bought the Digital Dozen but didn't receive the printable PDF. What can I do?

When did sales of the Holiday Flex Pack end?

Can I add a gift note that will be printed on the card?

No, sorry, we do not personalize the holiday card – it is designed to be filled out and signed by you, and then gifted.

Do I need to provide the gift recipient's email address and name during the order process?

No – you will receive the tickets to your email address – then you can transfer the flex tickets to the recipient at a time of your choosing, by entering their email address. By default, we ship the hat and the blank card to you. You can, at checkout, choose an alternative ship-to name and address to receive the hat and the blank card.

Can I get a holiday card and hat if I buy a larger pack, like a 24 or 48 ticket flex pack?

No, the card and hat are only available with the 12-Ticket Holiday Flex Pack.

How do I know if I'm buying the Holiday Flex Pack?

It has to say "Holiday Flex Pack" in your cart -- if it does not say that in your cart, then you are not buying a Holiday Flex Pack.
